Donato Enoteca and Fenocchio Winery

Wednesday Alice Pressenda, Claudio Fenocchio's niece, presented seven wines from the Azienda Agricola Giacomo Fenocchio. Alice described with passion the peculiarities of each Barolo chosen for the special dinner, including the tricks and details of the family’s work. Chef Donato and his sous chefs paired each wine with elegant Italian dishes.
