A great honor to be considered part of the Terún team and a real pleasure to have photographed the 10th Anniversary celebrations of the restaurant that the Campilongo brothers and their great friend Kristjan opened 10 years ago!

Their father appears every year and his pride in these children is evident, who have been dedicating themselves to this dream for so many years, obtaining a well-deserved success!

Christmas is approaching and the usual appointment dedicated to the wine tasting of Donato Enoteca is back. As usual, more than 100 wines are presented - this is the reason for the name - accompanied by the food that Chef Donato and Chef Gianluca have prepared. Obviously the "porchetta" is never missing, which this time was better than ever!!!! Wow! Very nice and happy people who appreciated and bought cases of excellent wine to use during the holidays. A truly very special afternoon! Thank you for the welcome and for the smiles: vi adoro!

The 16th Chapter "The White Truffle of Alba" Grand Gala was held on Sunday 20 November at Donato Enoteca.

A touching ceremony celebrated new knights and a traditional Piemontese dinner designed by Cavaliere Donato Scotti to feature the legendary Alba's White Truffle completed the beautiful evening. A curated selection of prestigious fine wines from Cavalieri wine-growers have completed all courses. Numerous those who attended the evening with enthusiasm and emotion!

New dishes for new season at Donato Enoteca

Chef Donato explains the new dishes included in the a la carte menu for this season.
We see salads with citrus fruits, Ahi tuna with Sicilian caponata, a delicious Fritto Invernale, but also more demanding dishes such as Dry-Aged Ribeye on a bed of polenta Taragna. Two new pizzas could not be missing: pizza nduja, rape e scamorza and pizza house-made speck, gorgonzola and pears. Super tasty! Super Yummy! I hope you can smell it too!

Donato Enoteca and Fenocchio Winery

Wednesday Alice Pressenda, Claudio Fenocchio's niece, presented seven wines from the Azienda Agricola Giacomo Fenocchio. Alice described with passion the peculiarities of each Barolo chosen for the special dinner, including the tricks and details of the family’s work. Chef Donato and his sous chefs paired each wine with elegant Italian dishes.

It is always a great pleasure to be able to photograph these evenings which are a feast for every palate and an experience not to be missed!
