With the pandemic, restaurants have had to re-invent themselves and Donato has extracted this amazing idea from his hat: Cooking Classes & Wine Tasting.

As a photographer and videographer of the Donato Restaurant Group I have been invited to all of them and I must admit that they are not only well prepared but also super fun!

This work becomes more interesting every day and now I too can make an excellent Carbonara.
