It was a great surprise for me to meet other two true Florentines during the beautiful Grand Gala of the Leonardo Da Vinci Society on December 7th at The St. Francis Yacht Club! The Leonardo da Vinci Society, in collaboration with the Bay Area chapter of the Italian Scientists and Scholars of North America Foundation (ISSNAF), has once again awarded three Italian or Italian-American early-career researchers working in the San Francisco Bay Area.
